♡ hello! thank you for your interest in commissioning me! before you may submit a commission application you MUST read this entire page! ♡ if you have any further questions you may email me at twixi.artist@gmail.com and i will get back to you as soon as possible! ♡

♡General Information♡

  • i am currently only accepting digital commissions, please refer to the examples provided in the image guide above!

  • i reserve the right to refuse some commission requests and i will only draw in my own style, please refer to my portfolio page or check my socials for more examples

  • understand that drawing takes time! do NOT rush me! please allow anywhere from 1 week to 3 months time for your commission to be completed but keep in mind that i do offer a rush fee if you need the commission completed sooner or by a specific date of which we can discuss.

  • i will provide updates along the way from initial sketch to progress via EMAIL ONLY

♡The Process♡

  • inquiry​​

  • agreement

    • i will send you a sketch based on your request that you may agree on or make changes to​

    • if you fail to respond after i accept your request within 7 days, you will lose your commission slot

  • first payment

    • once the sketch is agreed upon i require HALF of the full price for the commission as a deposit that is NON REFUNDABLE ​

    • i will send you an invoice via email through paypal

  • production

    • i will keep you updated on the process from sketch to lineart to basic color to final result​

    • changes can only be made between updates so please communicate with me so that i can make the artwork to be EXACTLY what you want!​​

  • second payment

    • once i send you the final watermarked draft i require the last half of the amount for the commission BEFORE i send you the unwatermarked final file(s) in png or psd format​

  • prices are in USD

  • prices are based entirely on your request and are subject to change based on demand

  • i accept payment via PAYPAL ONLY

  • DO NOT SEND ME ANY PAYMENT UNTIL I ACCEPT YOUR COMMISSION

♡Copyright & Usage♡

  • I, Nichole Ycaza (the artist):

    • reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason​

    • retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork

    • will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork

    • will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms

    • reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications both physical and digital​​

  • You (the customer/commissioner):​

    • may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels​

    • may NOT make profits from the commissioned artwork (this includes: reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, print productions, etc.) unless commercial rights are purchased

    • may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent

    • retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP)

    • may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes UNLESS commercial rights are purchased

  • THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT (unless commercial rights are purchased):​

    • Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially/ AKA making money off of it in any way​

    • Claiming the artwork as your own

    • Altering the artwork without my consent

  • IF YOU PURCHASE COMMERCIAL RIGHTS:​

    • my signature and any watermarks will be removed from the final product​

    • i still reserve the right to post the artwork for portfolio purposes

    • you must disclose with me any specific requirements for the file structure or final artwork in the initial agreement process
